- 2 Apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 pound strawberries
- 8 ounces raspberries
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
- 10 (10") flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- Butter flavored cooking spray
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix the apples, kiwis, strawberries, raspberries, fruit preserves, brown sugar, and white sugar. Cover and chill for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
3. Coat one side of each tortilla with the butter flavored cooking spray. Cut them into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle the wedges with cinnamon sugar. Then, spray them again with cooking spray.
4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving with the chilled fruit mixture.
